Jessie is a natural dot-connector and an expert in turning ideas into action. She’s able to move easily between high-level work to develop strategy and detailed design and delivery. 

Jessie is an experienced business transformation and change leader, with a passion for helping organisations to develop sound strategies and to then bring them to life through thoughtful implementation. She has an infectious energy that draws in and engages clients and stakeholders at all levels. 

 

Jessie has established new organisations and functions and landed complex transformations in existing organisations. She uses her talent for leading cross-functional teams in tricky contexts.

Examples of Jessie's work

  • Leading the work to establish corporate functions for Taumata Arowai, New Zealand’s water-services regulator, ensuring that everything was in place and working effectively by the establishment date

  • Leading the work to establish a new national Industrial Relations and Remuneration function for Te Whatu Ora | Health NZ, including designing and implementing a functional strategy and plan, key services, organisational structure, processes, and technology 

  • Leading the Workforce Change workstream within the Water Services Reform Programme, to transition almost 8,000 water-services staff from councils to the proposed water-services entities.

Jessie's qualifications

Jessie has a BSc with a major in Psychology, from the University of Otago.
