Over more than 30 years, MartinJenkins has carved out a reputation for providing clients with insights and advice they can trust and with solutions that work.

Our work

From our origins in public-sector reform in the 1990s, we've evolved into a multidisciplinary advisory team that works with central and local government, industry, community and for-purpose sectors, and iwi and Māori organisations. It’s serious work, but we’re not the suit and briefcase types.

Next to our carefully-curated team of expert consultants, you’ll find our Partners and Directors in the thick of it, rolling up their sleeves to crack the hard nuts – not rolling their golf bag to the 9th hole. Clients come to us for our deep expertise, unwavering integrity, and relationships that go beyond just business: relationships forged through figuring out the tough stuff together.

While our founders, Doug Martin and Kevin Jenkins have passed on the torch, their spirit lives on in our work. We're still the same MartinJenkins at heart – with a few new chapters in our story, but the same commitment to making a difference where it matters most for Aotearoa New Zealand.
