Wendy is an expert in end-to-end organisational transformations, covering all the steps of organisation design.

This includes running organisational reviews, developing strategy, designing operating models, designing structures and processes, changing culture, planning transformations, and managing change.

Wendy especially loves running workshops with clients to develop a clear, system-wide vision for the future.

Examples of Wendy's work

• Reviewing the administrative function of Maritime NZ to ensure DCEs, managers, and teams had the right administrative capability and capacity
• Supporting Inland Revenue in the organisation design of the newly created Planning, Design, & Delivery group for Customer Compliance Services, including identifying and describing the roles and capabilities needed for the future structure
• Supporting Stats NZ’s Data Sourcing Programme in developing a target-state organisation design, as part of designing a Data Sourcing Blueprint.
