Leadership

Victoria loves helping her clients work out how to be their best. An expert in developing strategies, designing new organisational forms, and setting up and implementing complex programmes, Victoria analyses how organisations can best achieve their goals and then helps them drive the necessary change.

Victoria helps clients look closely at how they’re performing and identify what changes they may need to make to improve. Her expertise in organisational design, strategy, and performance is complemented by her extensive policy and strategy background working for the public service in both the UK and Aotearoa.

A collaborative leader and manager, Victoria has established and developed teams in various public-sector contexts. She loves working alongside clients to get a deep understanding of their context and build enduring relationships.

Examples of Victoria’s work

  • Supporting the Ministry of Primary Industries with a significant organisational design and change programme, to enable them to respond flexibly to changes in demand and context resulting from COVID-19
  • Reviewing the Crown monitoring arrangements for a central-government agency, following a Cabinet directive
  • Working with MBIE to design a new structure and operating model for a busy policy branch, to enable it to respond to changes while still getting core business done.
