Suzanne is a highly experienced executive leader who has helped organisations large and small achieve their goals and improve performance. She’s valued for her high energy and positivity and for delivering results.

An accomplished people leader with considerable executive-level experience, Suzanne supports organisations with their business performance, planning, and service delivery, and has co-designed, advised on, and led change and engagement programmes.

Suzanne excelled as our firm’s General Manager for five years until returning to consulting in 2024 to focus on assignments that help lift organisational performance. She always brings values of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork to her work, and has long had an interest in the interconnection between business and social good.

Examples of Suzanne's work

Suzanne has been taking a well-deserved holiday in recent months, but notwithstanding has found time for several demanding assignments, including:

  • Helping an NGO to broaden its funding sources
  • Leading the development of an Organisational Capability Plan for Wellington Water Ltd, to improve performance and assurance and support it to prepare to transition into a new entity
  • Assisting the external reviewers to review Wellington Water Ltd’s capital programme estimating and budget systems.
  • Suzanne’s earlier senior-management roles included GM Communications and Public Education at the Earthquake Commission, Head of Public Affairs for Tourism NZ (with executive responsibility for its delivery of the 2011 Rugby World Cup), and Group Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager for the NZ Post Group.
