Robyn works with us in our organisational consulting practice, helping clients make sure they’re set up the right way to achieve their strategic objectives.

Robyn specialises in end-to-end support for senior leaders when they’re considering whether their operating models, structures, and practices are fit for purpose. She helps them design options to improve performance, and she often manages consultation processes for them.

Robyn’s clients value how she works alongside them, quickly coming to grips with their business and anticipating their needs. She helps them work through review and change processes in ways that get the job done while also respecting the people who are affected.

Examples of Robyn's work

  • Working with a large Crown entity on whole-of-organisation design and change, to ensure it can continue to meet its responsibilities amidst funding pressures
  • Supporting a not-for-profit to review its organisational arrangements – this included managing an open, inclusive consultation process with employees and stakeholders
  • Helping a large state-owned enterprise to restructure management and specialist roles, including advising them on organisational design and helping them implement the changes.
