Consulting

Government agencies often call on Philippa to help lead large, complex initiatives, where she typically focusses on governance, policy, strategy, and leadership.

Originally a specialist in local-government innovation, Philippa also has an intimate knowledge of central government through her experience working in a senior minister’s office.

Government agencies trust in Philippa’s strong analytical and leadership abilities to help them find a clear way through messy contexts, especially when time is tight.

Philippa loves the challenge of resolving and mitigating issues, preferably through anticipating them before they become problems.

Because of her broad knowledge of government and public policy, Philippa is also one of our invaluable generalists. She can reliably turn her hand to a range of assignments – from business cases and Budget bids, to reviews on specific issues, to designing governance and organisational reporting structures.
