Leadership

A senior leader in economic, financial, and public-policy analysis, Joey is known for bridging the gap between the technical and the practical to help organisations make smarter decisions and manage risk.

Joey specialises in financial, economic, and commercial analysis for public-policy and investment decision making. Equally comfortable in the quantitative and qualitative worlds, Joey supports clients with clear, credible advice.

Joey helps clients refine and better understand their own thinking, including in support of business-case processes. He has supported clients in central and local government, as well as iwi-affiliated trusts and private infrastructure providers.

Before he joined us, Joey was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, focussing on economic and commercial advice in housing, infrastructure, and urban development. He has also held several public-sector roles.
