Healy is a specialist in organisational performance and project delivery who draws on her skills in and passion for qualitative research to help clients find creative ways to resolve complicated problems.

Healy thrives on qualitative research and working to understand people and their real-world barriers. She brings that clear sense of the human beings at the far end of any service or process to help client organisations solve their tricky challenges and perform better.

Before joining us in 2022, Healy was an Operational Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Social Development, working on operational design for new policy initiatives. The research-heavy work covered all stages of policy design, including developing detailed business rules and guiding principles.

Examples of Healy's work

  • Supporting an independent Crown entity’s leadership team to develop a shared work programme and identify shared ways of working
  • Supporting an organisational redesign for a NZX50-listed provider of aged residential care, to better align the client’s operations with its strategy and objectives and address pain points and workforce challenges
  • Co-leading a not-for-profit through a leadership and governance review, and developing new governance structures to meet the current context and funding system in Aotearoa
  • Production manager for “Whanaketia”, the 3,000-page final report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care, coordinating a team of eight.
