A highly experienced evaluator and researcher, EeMun knows how to ask the right questions and find the right information for our clients.

An accomplished researcher and writer, EeMun has contributed to various reports and strategies produced by central and local government, including evidence briefs for Fire and Emergency NZ, literature reviews for the Oranga Tamariki Evidence Centre and Ministry of Social Development, and a report for APEC on behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.

As well as being an evaluator and researcher, EeMun also does advisory and strategy work in the fields of economic development, innovation, health, wellbeing, social development, and labour markets.

  • Leading evaluations of programmes such as the Construction Sector Accord and Transformation Plan, the Prevention of Temporary Migrant Worker Exploitation suite of services, and the palliative-outcomes initiative Poi
  • Literature reviews and options-analysis frameworks on modern slavery legislation, accessibility of public buildings, and regulation of education and training of social workers
  • Co-developing intervention logic models and monitoring and evaluation frameworks for Pacific Trade Invest New Zealand and Kāinga Ora
  • Qualitative and quantitative research on health and safety in the labour-hire industry for WorkSafe, and on the impacts of COVID-19 on Auckland’s youth workforce for Tātaki Auckland Unlimited.
