Consulting

Chelsea is an economist, accountant, modeller, researcher, and facilitator. She has a knack for wrangling data, concepts, and people.

Chelsea brings experience in business cases, Budget bids, cost-benefit and value-for-money analysis, quantifying wellbeing, behavioural economics, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Chelsea knows impact comes not just from what you do but also how you do it. As well as independence and objectivity, she brings a relentless commitment to doing her homework so she understands the brief inside and out, and to continual learning so she always has the right capabilities. For Chelsea, the “how” is also about being a kind and fun person to work with.

Chelsea then presents her insights and advice through a range of media – financial and economic models, workshops, written reports, presentations, visual A3s, business cases, and policy documents.
