  • Analysing options for Te Uru Rākau | New Zealand Forest Service to recognise the “delayed emissions” from long-lived harvested wood products, while project-managing the MartinJenkins team and working closely with stakeholders from the forestry and wood-processing sectors
  • Drafting and project-managing a business case to secure funding for an innovative Pacific housing scheme, drawing on extensive financial modelling
  • Leading an independent statutory review of the oversight of the Oranga Tamariki system, including producing a detailed report, which was tabled in Parliament, to inform ministerial decisions.
