Having spent her early career at the coalface she has a genuine understanding of the challenges and rewards of providing highly effective administrative support, and it’s typical to find her working alongside her team with her sleeves rolled up.
Leanne loves to get stuck in to improving processes and procedures, business planning, project management, and change management. Taking opportunities for personal growth and development, both her team’s and her own, is also important to her.
