Robyn Ward
Robyn works with us in our organisational consulting practice, helping clients ensure they are set up the right way to achieve their strategic objectives
Robyn regularly provides end-to-end support to senior leaders as they consider whether their operating models, structures, and practices are fit for purpose. She helps them identify issues and opportunities, design options that will support improved performance, and manage consultation processes, and she advises them on how best to achieve change.
Robyn helps clients work through review and change processes in ways that match their style of working and achieve their organisational objectives while also respecting those affected by change. Her clients value the way she works alongside them, quickly developing an understanding of their business and anticipating their needs. Robyn’s strength lies in the way she keeps clients’ requirements front of mind and tailors her advice to suit their situation.
