Nirmal combines strong accounting experience with a love for problem solving and an infectious energy and warmth

Nirmal has extensive experience working in all aspects of the accounting process. She stepped into some very big shoes when she joined our finance team in 2022, but she quickly proved herself to be both highly capable and a joy to work with.

Nirmal has a contagious energy and warmth that her teammates love to bask in, and she also brings a sense of fun. She’s deadly serious about her work though, and always does what she says she’s going to do. She brings her personal values to work with her, and working hard and being accountable are core values for her.

Detailed and analytical in her thinking, Nirmal is also a confident communicator, skilful at influencing and collaborating with others within the firm to achieve results. She has an openness and a willingness to work with others to get things done and isn’t afraid to put forward solutions to problems.

Nirmal grew up in the beautiful Fiji Islands and speaks both Hindi and English. Outside the office she loves spending quality time with her family, cooking, and watching movies. 

Nirmal has a BA with a major in Accounting and Economics from the University of the South Pacific in Suva and a Graduate Diploma in Management from Whitireia New Zealand.
