Robyn works in our Strategy, Design and Performance practice, helping clients ensure they are set up the right way to achieve their strategic objectives.
Robyn regularly provides end-to-end support to senior leaders as they consider whether their operating models, structures and practices are fit-for-for purpose: identifying issues and opportunities, designing options that will support improved performance, managing consultation processes, and advising on how best to achieve change.
Robyn helps clients work through review and change processes in ways that match their style of working and achieve organisational objectives while respecting those affected by change. Her clients value the way she works alongside them, quickly developing an understanding of their business and anticipating their needs. Robyn’s strength lies in the way she keeps clients’ requirements front of mind and tailors her advice to suit their situation.
Examples of Robyn’s work include:
• supporting a not-for-profit organisation to review its organisational arrangements, providing advice as they considered options to support their strategic direction, and managing an open and inclusive consultation process with employees and stakeholders
• reviewing the operating model, resourcing and capabilities of Te Puni Kōkiri’s human resources and capability functions to set up the team to deliver strategic and operational HR services to meet Te Puni Kōkiri’s evolving needs
• helping a large state-owned enterprise restructure management and specialist roles, providing organisational design advice and implementation support
• advising on a new joint leadership structure for WelTec and Whitireia, managing the consultation process, and supporting decision-making – Robyn subsequently managed the recruitment process to fill six new tier 2 positions for the joint leadership team.
